Dill Cream Cheese
  • 1 lemon, 1/4 juiced (or to taste)
  • 125grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2teaspoons dill
  • 100grams Tassal Premium Tasmanian Smoked Salmon Slices
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, finely sliced
  • 2 red onion
  • salad leaves
  • 1teaspoons Sandhurst Capers Baby Vinegar, drained
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges (to serve)
  • 2 Abe’s Bagel Bakery natural bagels, cut in half, toasted

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine cream cheese in a small bowl with the dill and lemon juice. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper and salt.

Step 2 of 3

To assemble, generously spread dill cream cheese over the base of 2 toasted Abe’s Bagels. Top with slices of cucumber and Tassal Tassie smoked salmon.

Step 3 of 3

Finish with a little thinly sliced onion, a sprinkle of capers and watercress leaves. Replace bagel lid and serve with a wedge of lemon. Serve immediately and enjoy!
