Description

This gooey, rich chocolate mug cake with raspberries is the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth with minimal effort.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Whisk eggs, milk and oil in a bowl. Add cake mix. Mix until just combined. Stir in raspberries.

Step 2 of 4

Divide evenly between 1-cup-capacity microwave-safe mugs or ramekins.

Step 3 of 4

Combine sugar and cocoa in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly on top of cake mixture in mugs.

Step 4 of 4

Working with 1 mug at a time, pour ¼ cup boiling water over cocoa mixture. Place on a plate in the microwave and cook on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining mug. Serve mug cakes topped with ice-cream.
