  • 450grams frozen Woolworths French-style cheesecake
  • 225grams dark chocolate melts
  • 2tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup 100s & 1000s sprinkles
  • 2/3 cup granulated nuts, toasted
  • 2/3 cup pistachio kernels, chopped
  • 15grams strawberry crisps, chopped
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Description

It'll be tough to choose which wedge to pick first: the sprinkle-coated wedge, or perhaps the wedge coated in crunchy nuts, or maybe the wedge with sweet, zesty crumbs of freeze-dried strawberry.

Method

Step 1 of 7

Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Cut cheesecake into 6 wedges. Insert a skewer into the outer edge of each slice. Place slices on tray and return to the freezer.

Step 2 of 7

Place dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high, in 30-second bursts, until melted and smooth. Stir in 1 1/2 tbs oil.

Place sprinkles and nuts in two separate bowls. Combine strawberries and pistachios in a bowl.

To make sprinkle-coated wedges, dip 1 wedge into dark chocolate, then roll in sprinkles to completely cover. Place on lined tray. Repeat with another wedge to make 2 in total.

To make nut-topped wedges, dip 1 wedge into dark chocolate, then sprinkle the top with nuts. Place on lined tray. Repeat with another wedge to make 2 in total.

Step 6 of 7

To make strawberry-topped wedges, dip 1 wedge into dark chocolate, then sprinkle the top with strawberry mixture. Place on lined tray. Repeat with another wedge to make 2 in total.

Step 7 of 7

Place wedges in freezer for 1 hour or until firm and ready to serve.
