- 150grams biscuits, chopped
- 75grams pistachios, salted, shelled, chopped
- 75grams dried cranberries
- 100grams milk chocolate, finely chopped
- 120grams dark chocolate, finely chopped

Description
This pistachio tiffin looks impressive but is actually very simple to make.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Grease a baking tin with a little butter and line with parchment paper. Melt the butter, caster sugar, cocoa powder and golden syrup in a large saucepan on medium heat.
Step 2 of 4
Mix in the biscuits, pistachios and dried cranberries and pour into the prepared tin, smoothing out with a spatula.
Step 3 of 4
Melt the milk and dark chocolate in a large bowl in the microwave in 30 second bursts and pour over the mix in the tin, smoothing out with a spatula.
Step 4 of 4
Chill in the fridge for 2 hours to set, slice into 15 pieces with a warmed knife and serve.
