Method
Step 1 of 2
Soak sultanas in 2 tbs hot water until soft. Place drained chickpeas in a food processor and process with cacao powder, vanilla extract and sultanas until smooth.
Step 2 of 2
Serve with green grapes. Leftover hummus can be frozen but the texture will be softer once thawed.
