  • 500grams Chinese BBQ pork
  • 2tablespoons shaoxing wine
  • 1tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

Step 1 of 6

Reheat Chinese BBQ Pork (in a 1100w microwave, reheat 100g pork for 1 min, for each additional 100g add 50 secs to heating time, remove and stand for 1 min).

Step 2 of 6

Heat oil in a wok or fry pan over high heat, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

Step 3 of 6

Add Chinese greens and stir-fry until wilted.

Step 4 of 6

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, shaoxing wine and chilli flakes, toss to combine.

Step 5 of 6

Transfer to a platter and season with sesame oil and white pepper.

Step 6 of 6

Drizzle the pork with remaining sauce and serve with steamed rice.
