  • 100grams mushrooms, sliced (such as shiitake or button)
  • 270grams ramen noodles, cooked (to serve)
  • 1 bunch broccolini (or small broccoli florets)
  • 1teaspoons honey
  • 2tablespoons Tangy & Crunchy Coleslaw Kit
  • 2tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 500grams chicken stir-fry strips
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2-3teaspoons vegetable oil

Method

Step 1 of 4

Mix cornflour with a little water to make a smooth paste. Stir in remaining water, soy sauce and honey. Set aside.

Step 2 of 4

Heat a wok over high heat. Add oil and cook chicken, in batches, for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, add broccolini to a microwave-safe container and cook for 1 minute on HIGH (100%). Add broccolini and mushrooms to the chicken and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Step 4 of 4

Stir in sauce mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with noodles.
