  • 100grams Woolworths Danish feta, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Woolworths walnuts, toasted, chopped

Description

This light and refreshing cherry salad with crunchy wonton crisps will add a touch of elegance to your next summer barbecue.

Method

Step 1 of 3

To make cherry dressing, combine all ingredients in a jar. Seal with lid and shake well.

Step 2 of 3

Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add wrappers, one at a time, and cook for 45 seconds, turning halfway through, or until golden brown and crisp. Drain on a wire rack. Cool. Place spinach and rocket in a serving bowl. Top with cucumber, radish, cherries and feta. Scatter with walnuts.

Drizzle with dressing. Serve salad with wonton crisps.
