  • 2 slices multigrain bread
  • 1/4 cup Woolworths Italian cheese blend
  • 1 stem spring onions
  • 1/4teaspoons black pepper, ground

Description

A quick and easy snack or light meal.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Chop spring onions. Prepare cheese melt & place 2 slices of bread on oven tray covered in foil or baking paper.

Step 2 of 5

Sprinkle chopped spring onions onto bread then add shredded cheese. Sprinkle more spring onions on top. Sprinkle black pepper.

Step 3 of 5

Place in oven & cook for 8 mins or until the cheese starts to bubble & turns light golden brown.

Step 4 of 5

Take out of oven & serve immediately.
