  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Description

Freshly churned ultra creamy, vanilla ice cream that everyone will love, especially when they find out it's completely vegan and made from cashews.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Add all the ingredients to a blender, blending on high speed for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth.

Step 2 of 4

Pour the ice cream base into the container of an ice-cream maker set according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Step 3 of 4

Churn the ice-cream for 25 minutes before adding it to the freezer to set for 1-2 hours until set.

Step 4 of 4

Scoop into chilled bowls or ice-cream cones, eating immediately.
