  • 1 cup espresso coffee, cooled
  • 2 cups thickened cream, whipped
  • 1tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1tablespoons Caramilk chocolate , grated (to serve)

Description

Get your sweet-tooth fix with this easy tiramisu recipe. Using mud cake, coffee and cream, this decadent recipe is the perfect dessert hack.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Remove paper from mud cake and place in a 25cm (5cm deep) round dish. Cut cake into 2cm-thick slices, in 2 directions to form a crosshatch effect. Spread cake pieces out to cover base of dish.

Step 2 of 2

Drizzle cake with coffee. Top with cream and spread to cover. Dust with cocoa and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Serve.
