  • 1tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 bunch fresh coriander

Description

An easy, all-in-one traybake with tender chicken in a creamy, fragrant sauce. Serve up this twist on a classic and satisfy your butter chicken cravings.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Juice half of the lemon, then cut the remaining half into wedges. Add chicken, yoghurt, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cumin and lemon juice to a bowl. Mix well.

Step 2 of 4

Add simmer sauce to a 20cm square baking dish. Place chicken over the sauce.

Step 3 of 4

Add butter to dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until sauce darkens and chicken is cooked through.

Step 4 of 4

Garnish with coriander. Serve with lemon.
