  • 1/4 cup honey, plus extra to serve
  • 2teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 piece orange peel
  • 200grams camembert
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1/4 cup whole walnuts, plus extra to serve
  • 4 dried figs, quartered
  • crusty baguette, grilled (to serve)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat a barbecue or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Line a small cast-iron dish or pizza tray with foil, then 2 layers of baking paper, allowing plenty of overhang. Place camembert on baking paper. Top with figs, honey, walnuts, vinegar, rosemary and peel.

Step 2 of 3

Bring up sides of foil and paper to form a loose parcel, partially folding edges to seal. Place dish or tray on barbecue and cover with lid. Cook for 10 minutes or until cheese is oozy.

Step 3 of 3

Holding onto baking paper, lift baked cheese onto a serving plate. Drizzle over extra honey and serve with extra walnuts and sourdough.
