Description
With a crispy, crunchy shell, these crumbed chicken tenderloins are air-fryer-friendly and served with a creamy sriracha mayo for maximum flavour.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Combine flour and soup mix on a plate. Season with pepper. Place egg and breadcrumb in separate shallow dishes.
Step 2 of 4
Using one piece of chicken at a time, coat chicken in flour mixture, shaking off excess. Dip in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Step 3 of 4
Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 2 minutes. Arrange half of the chicken, in a single layer, in the air-fryer basket. Spray with oil. Cook for 12 minutes or until cooked through and golden. Repeat with remaining chicken.
Step 4 of 4
Place chicken on a serving plate. Sprinkle with chives. Place sour cream in a small serving bowl. Add sriracha and swirl to combine. Serve with chicken.
