Description

Make this crunchy noodle salad as an easy side dish or turn it into a quick meal by adding 300g shredded chicken or pulled pork.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Add Chang's Oriental fried noodle salad dressing and oil into a bowl, then whisk together.

Step 2 of 3

Combine the cabbage, chopped green onions and almonds in salad bowl.

Step 3 of 3

Add dressing and combine well. Just before serving add the fried noodles and toss thoroughly.
