  • 4 cinnamon donuts
  • 1 cup thickened cream
  • 2tablespoons icing sugar
  • 1/2teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 125grams strawberries, hulled, quartered
  • 50grams raspberries
  • 50grams blueberries

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and 3 tsp icing sugar in a bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, reserve 1 tsp icing sugar. Whip cream with vanilla and remaining icing sugar until thick. Fit a piping bag with a star nozzle and fill with cream.

Step 3 of 3

Split donuts in half through the centre. Pipe cream onto bases, then top with some berries and donut top. Finish with cream and dust with reserved icing sugar. Serve with remaining berries.
