    Our Hong Kong Seafood Noodles with Green Choy Sum is a menu that is inspired by a famous Hong Kong street food dish. We've adapted this dish by including our fish wonton, which is delicately hand wrapped in a pastry parcel along with our fried fish ball, fried Chinese style fish cake which are made from high quality sustainable farm raised fish in a savoury Hong Kong Style Soup with Noodles, Our Green Choy Sum is also harvested at a specific time during the winter in order to maintain its nutrients and crispiness.
