    Mudgee Honey is a pure blend of Australian honey, sourced from a variety of eucalyptus & native bushes. It is generally light to amber in colour and may vary slightly depending upon the season. Mudgee honey is a medium tasting honey with strong characteristics and a smooth taste, a great table honey for everyday use from breakfast to cooking.
