    Crampeze Leg Cramps & Spasms is an effective multi-combination solution vs. magnesium alone for cramp relief.It is ideal for chronic cramp sufferers and for long term use.

    Crampeze Leg Cramps & Spasms contains Viburnum Opulus, an antispasmodic (Cramp Bark) traditionally used in western herbal medicine to help relieve night cramps and mild muscle spasms & twitches.

    It contains Ginkgo Biloba to support blood circulation to the peripheral areas of the body (legs, hands and feet). Ginkgo Biloba acts as an antioxidant, reducing free radicals formed in the body.

    It also contains magnesium for magnesium supplementation, to support energy production and to maintain muscle function.
