Started by Edwin 'Ted' Street in the small town of Corrimal, NSW, with the help of his wide Daisy and his brother, Streets has become Australia's biggest and most well known ice cream producer. Today you can still taste Ted's Blue Ribbon special recipe as we continue the tradition of churning rich buttermilk into delicious creamy swirls. Take your Light Vanilla ice cream to a whole new level and create Strawberry Pink Split. To prepare: Halve 4-5 strawberries and place in a serving bowl. Top with 1 scoop Blue Ribbon Light Vanilla. Dollop with 1 tablespoon thick cream and finish with sprinkles and a cherry on top. Serve with strawberry topping and a shortbread biscuit or wafer biscuit.
