    Named after the strips and shards of bark that fold from the blue gums that dot the Barossa's landscape, this authentic lavosh is handcut and rolled so that each one forms a random, natural shape.

    An ideal accompaniment to cheeses, dips and antipasto platters, the secret of Barossa Bark is fresh, locally sourced preservative free ingredients.

    We produce small batches with loving care to guarantee the crisp individuality of each piece so please resist the temptation to break your Barossa Bark into bite size pieces prior to serving - let your guests enjoy the experience.
