    Nutty Bruce Organic Activated Hazelnut Milk has a smooth creamy flavour.

    Here at Bruce we make plant milk the Traditional way. This means we use only Whole organic nuts to make it the same way it's been made for hundreds of years.

    Some manufacturers choose to make their milks out of pastes and include ingredients like gums, thickeners, oils, flavours and colours.

    We don't think this is the way to go. After all, it is the slow processing of Whole ingredients over 18 hours that helps us to achieve our deliciously Creamy taste with no gums or thickeners necessary!

    We think this Slow Food approach creates a more Delicious milk that is well worth the wait.
