Free range chicken tenderloin skewers marinated with mild Cajun inspired spices.
PAN FRY /BBQ:
Pre heat a pan/BBQ to a medium to low heat. Remove skewers from packaging, then lightly spray or brush with oil. Place on pan/BBQ and cook for 15-20 minutes turning frequently. Remove from heat when fully cooked.
OVEN :
Pre heat oven to 160?C fan forced (180?C conventional). Remove skewers from packaging and place on a lightly oiled tray. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through, turning once.
