    Roasted Green Tea (Hojicha) The meaning of "Hoji" is "Roast" in Japanese. Roasting gives the Hojicha brew its characteristic nutty flavour, a distinctive aroma and its attractive amber colour. This product only uses young Australian grown tea leaves in its traditional Japanese roasting process to deliver a mellow, delicate and yet exquisite flavour. The process also removes atringency and bitterness resulting in a smoother taste.
