Our signature Wagyu Beef & Black Pepper dumpling feature rich, juicy waygu beef with the subtle warmth of black pepper for a truly decadent taste experience. Steam Lightly spray surface of steamer with oil. Steam over boiling water for 10 minutes. Boil Cook in boiling water for 8 minutes. Pan Fry Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan. Saute dumplings on medium heat for 2 minutes or until skin is golden brown. Add 12 cup of water to pan and cover with lid. Steam dumplings on medium heat for about 12 minutes or until no more water is visible. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 30 seconds until skin is golden brown and dumplings are cooked well, serve hot. Serve with dipping sauce and dig in!
