    Allowrie Cultured Unsalted Butter

    Cultured unsalted butter has a subtle tang which gives extra flavour to the butter without the addition of salt. To develop the flavour a special culture is added to the cream before churning. Cultured unsalted butter is still 100% natural with a unique flavour. It is suitable to use in cooking and spreading and is particularly tasty when melted over a variety of hot vegetables.
