    Directions

    Adults: Take 1 tablet daily dissolved in water. Take with food. One effervescent tablet is to be dissolved in 200mL of water. Suitable to use in pregnancy and while breast-feeding.
    Storage Instructions: Store below 25C in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing.
