    Product Details

    Black Patch Stove Putty is ideal for installing fibreglass rope in fire doors, filling holes and cracks, sealing flues and grates, or general repairs to wood heaters, fuel stoves, and barbecues.

    Suitable for use outdoors, must be kept dry for the first 24 hrs. For repairs to firebricks use Hot Spot Ready to Use Mortar or Instant Brick Castable Cement.

    Directions

    1. Clean the area to be filled/fixed, removing any loose material and dust.
    2. Mix thoroughly until even consistency is reached.
    3. Apply with a putty knife or suitable tool.
    4. Note: pre-wet porous surfaces.
    5. Allow 24 hours to dry.

    Tip: Keep the lid tightly closed and store away from the heat when not in use.
