Given current circumstances, Emma Sleep's courier partner requires that your Emma Mattress be wrapped in its plastic packaging prior to collection. Emma Sleep would also appreciate if the mattress is returned in good condition. Any mattress that has mould, dirt, stains, smells, or bed bug infestations are no longer eligible for a mattress return nor replacement under the 100 Night Trial.
