    Each tablet contains: Vitamin B1 (as thiamine nitrate) 7.3 mg
    Vitamin B2 (as riboflavin) 7.5mg
    Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) 25mg
    Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid) as calcium pantothenate 11.5mg
    Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 5mg
    Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 5µg
    Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 250mg
    Vitamin H (Biotin) 75µg
    Folic Acid 200µg
    Calcium (as calcium carbonate and calcium pantothenate) 50mg
    Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate heavy 50mg
    Zinc (as zinc citrate trihydrate) 5mg

    Directions

    Adults and children over 12 years: 2 tablets per day. Simply place them into your mouth and let them dissolve or chew.
    Storage Instructions: Do not use if a sachet is open or broken. Store in a cool dry place, below 25°C.
