    Nature's Way Iron Daily is specially formulated with a gentle form of iron which is less likely to cause gastric upset. Suitable for everyday use, this specific formula helps support healthy iron levels while assisting healthy red blood cell production.
    Nature’s Way Iron Daily also contains folic acid, and Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 to help support energy levels and relieve fatigue when dietary intake is inadequate, as well as Vitamin C to help increase dietary iron absorption.

    Directions

    DIRECTIONS Adults: Take one tablet daily to support healthy iron levels. To help prevent dietary iron deficiency in females: Take four tablets daily or as directed by your health professional.
