    Elastoplast Sport Cohesive Compression Bandage Camo Tone sticks to itself, not to skin or hair. Skin friendly and Latex free.

    Directions

    1. Clean and dry skin, overlap bandage by a half in a spiral formation.
    2. When bandaging around a joint ie. knee or ankle use a figure 8 bandaging technique
    3. Do not apply any stretch at the end of procedure. Ensure circulation is not impaired and bandage is not too tight. If it feels too tight, remove and re-apply.

    Follow these wound care directions:
    1. Prepare-Apply pressure with Elastoplast Non Stick Dressings to help stop bleeding
    2. Clean-Clean the wound with mild soap and water
    3. Treat-Treat wounds with First Aid Ointments or Creams
    4. Protect-Cover the injury with a Elastoplast Non Stick Pad and Bandage firmly to secure the pad and help keep out dirt and contaminants
