We've used Australian spinach & creamy ricotta cheese in this recipe. Our Story Our tortellini pasta has been made with simple, quality ingredients including free range eggs & Australian durum wheat semolina. We've chosen durum wheat because it produces a firmer pasta that retains its shape well. Veg a day (2) (2) One serve of vegetables is approximately 75g.
