1. Hold base and lift to remove outer cover.
2. Insert 3 AA batteries. Ensure the positive (+) and negative (-) terminal are aligned correctly.
3. Remove refill cap, insert refill by pushing upright into device until "click".
4. Replace outer cover by gently pushing down onto the base until "click".
5. Turn on with slider at the back of device by selecting fragrance intensity setting (.low, ..medium, ...high) (blue light will flash on top orifice).
6. Device will run for 8 hour cycle, releasing mist regularly, then go to standby. Turn off, then repeat step 5 to turn on again.
Device features: A) To change start time - push slider to off, then on at desired setting. B? Low, Med, or High settings control fragrance intensity.
