Our artisanal winemaking results in a soft, velvet mouth feel and concentrated, pure flavours from one singular pressing in our basket press. Focused blueberry, dark chocolate and spice is framed by fine-grained tannins from 12 months maturation in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels.
