    Bulk contains Instantised Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) and Instantised Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) which are high quality proteins, providing the body with Essential Amino Acids including branched-chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) to support muscle growth and repair as part of a balanced diet with a variety of foods.

    Carbohydrates

    Bulk also contains a blend of short, medium and long chain carbohydrates providing a steady release of energy into the body. Carbohydrate intake helps maintain anabolism (muscle growth) and limit catabolism (muscle breakdown) post-exercise.

    Each 60g serve of Bulk provides essential vitamins and minerals to support general well being within the body.

    Directions

    Adults: Mix 60g (approx. 4 level scoops) with 500ml of Skim Milk/Full Cream Milk or 300mL of water in a Musashi Shaker.
    Shake well prior to each use as product may have settled.
    Daily Use:
    Use Bulk 2-3 times between meals as an additional calorie source.
    Post-training: Consume Bulk immediately (within 30 minutes) after exercise.
    Breakfast: Normal meal
    Mid Morning: 1 serve of Bulk
    Lunch: Normal meal
    Mid Afternoon: 1 serve of Bulk
    Dinner: Normal meal
