    Kalbi generally refers to marinated beef (or pork) short ribs used for grilled dishes in Korean cuisine. Ottogi Kalbi Sauce has a stronger flavour due to different combiniaton of herbs and spices to enhance the flavour and it also containes 7 fruits’ juices and puree to act as a natural tenderiser and give the natural sweetness to the dish.
