    A traditional lamb and rosemary sauce, prepared by roasting lamb bones and a mirepoix of vegetables, before being reduced to a thick lamb jus. The sauce is finished with fresh rosemary for added flavour and aroma. I love pouring this sauce over a beautiful lamb roast. Manu Feildel.
