Take your Caramel & Honeycomb Crunch to a whole new level and create Honey Caramel Popcorn Crunch. To prepare: In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon margarine spread, cook 3-4 minutes until a golden caramel colour. Stir through 2 cups air popped corn, remove from pan and cool. Place 1 scoop Blue Ribbon Caramel & Honeycomb Crunch into 4 individual serving bowls, top each with 1/2 cup caramelised popcorn.
