Take home a free-range turkey that has been raised with a whole lot of goodness and no added hormones. We ensure that our birds have access to the outdoors when they are fully-feathered and ready to face the world! At night, they go home into their barns for a safe night of snoozing.
Cooking instructions:
1. Preheat conventional oven to 180C (160C Fan Forced).
2. Remove turkey from all packaging (including the soaker pads underneath the turkey).
3. Spray the turkey surface with oil and cover ends of legs and wings with foil. Lightly sprinkle with salt if desired.
4. Place breast side up on a rack in a roasting dish with 1 cup of water in the dish.
5. Refer to the cooking table for cooking times. Juices should run clear after cooking.
6. Remove foil from the legs and wings 20 minutes before the end of the cook and increase the temperature by 20C for a crispier skin.
7. Remove turkey from oven and allow 10 minutes to rest before carving
