    Directions

    ADULT DOSAGE: One tablet twice daily. TEENAGE DOSAGE (Mental Function, Energy Production, Support During Stress): One tablet daily. Take during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
    Storage Instructions: Store below 30 degrees Celsius. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
