How to cook:
1. Marinade fish in Marinade Spices from the kit for an hour
2. Fry the fish
3. Make sauce with coconut milk, onions, tomatoes, coconut cream, tamarind, a little sugar and spices in the Sauce Spice Blends 1 and 2 sachets.
4. Poach fried fish in the sauce, simmer and serve hot over steamed rice.
