    Bergbaron Reserve - Creamy with Character. Alpine eye formation cheese from Austria with a smear ripened rind. It has a creamy, sweet flavour with a hint of sharpness and character from the traditional smear ripening process. Perfect for cheeseboards, sandwiches and melting.

    Pasteurised cow's milk, salt, microbial rennet, cheese cultures. Surface treated with Natamycin. Non-edible rind.
