These strong dark blue garbage bags are made using 50% ocean bound* recycled plastic, and feature Glad’s unique Wavetop Tie® closure system. Recycling ocean bound plastic reduces plastic waste, and helps prevent it from entering the ocean, making the seas safer for marine life and helping to put an end to irresponsible waste. Bags that are designed for landfill should not breakdown and keep waste safely contained.
    *Ocean bound plastic is collected from communities with no formal waste management system within 50km of the shore line.
