    Nature's Way Magnesium and Turmeric pairs the anti-inflammatory action of Turmeric with the muscle health support of Magnesium in one convenient tablet.

    Just as our joints and muscles work together to support easy movement, flexibility and mobility, Nature's Way have paired Magnesium and Turmeric to support muscle and joint health for active and busy lifestyles.

    Magnesium plays an important role in maintaining muscle health, including supporting muscle contraction and function, and reducing muscle cramps when dietary intake is inadequate.

    Turmeric contains potent antioxidant curcuminoids to help relieve inflammation, maintains joint and joint cartiliage health, as well as supports liver and digestive health.

    Black pepper extract is added to help enhance the absorption of curcuminoids found in Turmeric rhizomes.

    Ingredients

    Each tablet contains:Curcuma longa rhizome ext. dry conc. std. 105.30mg equiv. to Curcuma longa rhizome dry 2.632g(min) equiv. to curcuminoids 100mg,Piper nigrum (Black Pepepr) fruit ext. dry conc. std. 1.06mg, equiv. to Piper nigrum fruit dry 21.73mg(min) equiv. to piperine 1mg, Magnesium (as heavy magnesium oxide) 300mg.

    Directions

    ADULTS: Take 1 tablet daily or as recommended by your health professional. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns with larger tablets.
    Storage Instructions: Store below 25C.
