When dust bins become damaged or broken, they can cause severe problems, so they should be replaced.

Reduced suction power: The canister is part of the system that holds dust and debris. If it's cracked or damaged, air might leak, reducing suction power and cleaning efficiency.

Dust leakage: A broken canister may allow dust and debris to escape, making the vacuum less effective and creating a mess. You might notice dust being blown out while using the vacuum.

Hygiene and Safety Issues: Dust and debris may escape into the air, which could affect air quality, especially if someone has allergies or asthma. A broken canister may also expose internal components to dust, possibly damaging the motor.

Difficulty emptying: If the canister is cracked or the latch is broken, it may be hard to open, close, or empty properly.

Powerhead issues: You may not think about your dust bin when your motorized head is not working, but Dyson stick vacuums have connections between the main body and the powerhead. The powerhead might not function properly if the canister interferes with these connections.

Sometimes delays can happen that are out of our control, such as delays by the couriers, lost packages, closures of postal services, and so on. 

WARRANTY RETURNS 

If an item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer your item will either be replaced or repaired. Any postage costs incurred will be covered by us.

It is important to note that if a product fails to meet your expectations, it does not necessarily mean it is defective. Expectations of product performance may vary from person to person. You will be responsible for postage if there is no fault with the product and you wish to return it, unless it is very different from the description or wrongly recommended to you by us.

You also will be responsible for associated postage and repair costs if your claim is declined because the fault is determined to have occurred as a result of improper use of the product.

Tools, accessories and consumables including dust bags and filters, floor tools, extension cords unless defective in manufacture, are not subject to warranty.

In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in all products you purchase from us.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.  

We endeavor to rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
