Please Note:

1. Being new and sealed, the product may have a smell upon first opening. This is normal and will dissipate after a few days in a ventilated area or with cleaning.
2. Do not pour water above 50°C / 122℉ into the tub to avoid affecting its lifespan. Start with cold water, then add hot water to avoid thermal damage.
3. Ensure the nozzle is tightly covered before inflating and the waterproof cover is securely closed afterward.
4. Measurements may vary slightly due to PVC's ductility; a size error of 5-10 cm is normal. Slight colour differences may occur due to lighting. Please confirm you are okay with this before ordering.

1. Supervision Warning: Children have drowned in inflatable pools and bathtubs. Children should always be supervised by an adult when using this product. Never leave a child unattended in or near the bathtub. Keep them within arm's reach.
2. Water Safety: Ensure the bathtub is placed on a flat, stable surface.
   Do not overfill the bathtub with water. Check the water temperature before use to avoid burns.
3. Inflation and Maintenance: Do not over-inflate the bathtub as it may cause damage or bursting. Regularly check for leaks or punctures and repair them immediately.
4. Electrical Safety: Keep the air pump and any electrical components away from water. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for charging and using the air pump.
5. Usage Restrictions: This is not a lifesaving device. This product is intended for use by adults and children under adult supervision. Not suitable for use by infants without close adult supervision.
6. Compliance with Standards: This product complies with Australian safety standards for inflatable products. Ensure proper ventilation when using indoors.
7. Health and Hygiene: Drain and clean the bathtub after each use to prevent mould and bacteria growth. Do not use the bathtub if you have open wounds or skin infections.
8. Disposal: Dispose of the product responsibly according to local environmental regulations.

After you place your order, it takes us only 1-2 business days to pick and pack your order and get it picked up by the relevant courier. 

Delivery times: 

Average shipping time is 1-5 business days for metro areas and 3-10 Business days for regional areas. Express shipping is available only in certain areas and for certain products, your order eligibility and express charge will be confirmed at checkout. 

Please note transit times may vary depending on the delivery area and any disruptions to the postal network. 

RETURNS POLICY

We provide 30 days money back guarantee for all our products. For certain products, we have extended money back guarantee up to 6 months and even 12 months (refer to the individual product descriptions for more info). Please contact us to make a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee could apply.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

• Book with obvious signs of use
• CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Some items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For returns due to our fault, we will supply you with a reply paid address so you don't have to pay for return postage.
