Thanks to the 43 cm elevated bottom and waterproof bottom tarp, the sleep shelter can keep away from wet mud and uninvited guests. To enhance stability and security, we provide 14 ground stakes and 10 wind ropes for firmly fixing the tent into the soil or sand. Besides, it can be easily folded and stored in a carrying bag, and it only weighs 13 kg, allowing for effortless transportation.

Returns Policy
Before you return the products, please check the following requests carefully:
1. Please contact our Customer Service Team and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning the item. Without the RMA number, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and not acceptable.
2. Please send us 1-5 clear photos if there is any damage or quality issue with the item you receive.
3. If you simply change your mind and wish to cancel the order, please contact us before dispatch (1 business day).
4. If you want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issue, please note that the original postage is not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return postage cost, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. Return or exchange requests are ONLY acceptable for unused items and within 7 days of receipt.

6. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included if you want to return the item.
