Warm note:
Cast iron cookware has been pre-seasoned with vegetable oil. There is no need for seasoning again. To achieve good performance of cast iron cookware, you will need to give it good care and attention.
- Before the first use of your cast iron cookware, you need clean it with warm soap water. Dry it on stove, heating to 212degree Fahrenheit and daub with vegetable oil.
- After usingthe cookware to cook, please wash, wipe it dry and heat it on stove, for about two to three minutes. It is better to lubricate a little vegetable oil, for not rusting. After long use, the cast iron cookware with non-stick layer of oil, becomes smooth and will not rust.
- If you accidentally forgot and burnt it, please do not use harsh detergents and hard metal brushes, which will damage your cookware. Please remove the remnants of burnt food with an ordinary sponge. Greasy messescan be easily cleaned with dry salt.
- Please do not put cast iron cookware in dishwasher. It may cause rust due to the aggressive detergents.
- The moreoften you use your cast iron cookware, the better performance it will get!
