    Oz Farm 900g Health Care Aged Care Formula
    HealthCare Aged Care tastes delicious and is easy to digest – making it the preferred nutritional support for aged care. It can be used as a meal replacement when consuming solid foods becomes difficult, or as a supplement to a healthy diet which includes a vairety of nutrients.

    This formula is loaded with good sources of vitamins such Vitamin B1, B3 and B6 to help maintain a healthy nervous systems and psychological function. Nutrients such as Iodine, Iron, Zinc, Vitamin B12, Folate and Vitamin C can also help to contribute to healthy cognitive function.

    HealthCare Aged Care is also a Low GI formulation which has been analysed by the Sydney University Glycemic Index Research Service and found to have Glycemic Index (GI) of 40. It’s high in calcium for bone mineral density and high in Vitamin D to reduce the risk of osteoporosis and osteoporotic fractures.

    HealthCare Aged Care is an ideal choice:

    • To provide additional Calcium and Vitamin D (particularly for those with low calcium diets)
    • To support the immune system with Copper, Iron,Zinc and several vitamins.

    Direction for use
    Mix 6 scoops in 1/2 cup of warm (below 50°C) or cold water, stir until dissolved, add more water to fill to 300 mL, stir. Maximum 2 serves per day.
